Project Description
Established in 1947, Pierce College (LAPC) is located in the Woodland Hills community of Los Angeles and is sited on 426 acres of land. About 22,000 students are currently served by this campus, making the need imperative to remodel, repair and upgrade their existing facilities. A $648 million dollar construction bond funded program was established to achieve this objective, consisting of 48 new construction, building renovations, and academic facilities projects. In addition, Pierce College has a two acre Botanical Garden, an Equestrian facility, Agricultural Science facility, Horticulture and Animal Science facility. Pierce College is also widely recognized for its science, technology and nursing programs.
