LA Metro Board Awards Largest Contact Ever To Small, Minority-Owned Businesses
LENAX is proud to be playing a significant role on the KKCS/Triunity JV team for program management support services to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Having lent our professional assistance on virtually every Metro project over the past 25 years, LENAX will participate on this new contract by supplying skilled consultants who will serve as an extension of Metro staff, providing areas of expertise such as cost estimating, scheduling, cost engineering, and other disciplines where needed to execute the projects and programs that are part of Measure M. In the past, contracts of this size ($90.8 million) have typically been awarded to large companies, but the KKCS/Triunity JV is an example of smaller businesses working together to fulfill a larger contract through a joint venture on which LENAX is pleased to have been brought aboard as a key subconsultant.
