Project Description
Construction of a $27 million replacement of the existing High Desert Hospital with the new, 426,000 sf Multi-Service Ambulatory Care Center in Lancaster, California. Our team provided a pre-construction Programming Cost Estimate to the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services architectural team in 2005, and in 2012 we provided Change Order cost estimating services for final construction and closeout of the project.
