Project Description
Renovation and remodel of the 1,274 sf Long Beach Comprehensive Health Center, including laboratory, exam rooms, triage, and men's and women's restrooms.
Project Highlights
- Installation of HVAC work, e.g., exhaust fans, ductwork and controls, sanitary waste piping, domestic hot and water piping, modification of automatic wet sprinkler.
- Lighting, structure cabling, public address system, fire detection and alarm
- New partitions, installation of new doors and hardware, and installation of new nurse desk and cabinets, new wash sink cabinets and plastic laminate cabinets
- New acoustical ceiling, VTC flooring, MEP systems, and repainting of existing walls
