Project Description
Construction of an $800 million, multi-department expansion to an existing hospital to almost double the size of the facility. Total addition was approximately 2 million SF of new construction. This project required our staff to prepare milestone cost estimate reports during the design phases for the program management team. This work included quantity take-offs, pricing research, and apply appropriate contractor mark-ups, escalation, and contingencies.
