LAWA - LAX New Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT)

Los Angeles International Airport - Taxilane "T" (M306A)

Taxilane 'T' will be constructed as part of a 300 ft. wide, concrete paved strip which will be the second part of the future Dual Taxilane/ Taxiway System replacing existing Taxiways 'Q' and 'S', west of reconfigured Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT).

Taxilane S will be one portion of a 400 foot wide Portland Cement Concrete paved strip.

This reconstruction of Metro's El Monte Bus Station included a new facility which doubles the size of the old station, and includes a two-level bus terminal station with 29 bays. The new state-of-the-art facility is a regional transfer center serving 22,000 passengers daily, and is used by Metro, Foothill Transit, Greyhound, El Monte Transit. The facility also includes a Metro Bike Hub and a regional transit store.
Metro Orange Line Bus Rapid Transit Extension

The Metro Orange Line (MOL) Extension has effectively extended the existing Orange BRT Line 4-miles north from the MOL Canoga Station to the Metrolink/Amtrak Chatsworth Station. This dedicated busway improves north-south mobility in the western San Fernando Valley by connecting activity centers along the corridor and connecting the Metro Orange Line with Metrolink and Amtrak services.

Metro Gold Line Eastside Extension LRT-Union Station to East Los Angeles

Design & construction of this extension to the Metro Gold Line commuter rail line. The Gold Line Eastside Extension was one of Metro's first design-build projects which extended the lower Gold LRT Line from Union Station to Atlantic Boulevard near Monterey Park, connecting Pasadena to Little Tokyo, Boyle Heights, and East Los Angeles without passengers having to transfer. Construction was completed in 2009.
Pasadena Gold Line Project - Los Angeles to Pasadena, CA

The Gold Line joins two existing light rail lines (Metro Blue and Green Lines) and a subway (Metro Red Line) that crisscross portions of Los Angeles County from Long Beach to Los Angeles, Redondo Beach, Norwalk, Hollywood, Universal City, North Hollywood as well as Pasadena.
Raymer to Bernson Double Track Project

Aimed at improving travel times, operational reliability, and station safety, additional enhancements include construction of a second platform and pedestrian underpass at the Metrolink Northridge Station, nine grade crossings and the replacement of two railroad bridge structures.
Honolulu Rapid Transit Project

The Honolulu Rail Transit Project is a 20-mile elevated rail line with 21 stations. The project will connect West Oahu with downtown Honolulu and Ala Moana Center via Honolulu International Airport in a time of 42 minutes. The system features modern, electric, steel-wheel trains each able to carry hundreds of passengers. Future extensions could serve other parts of West Oahu and other communities of Salt Lake, University of Hawaii - Manoa and Waikiki. The goal is by 2030 there will be 116,000 average weekday riders, an 18% reduction in traffic, and 40,000 fewer vehicles on the roads.

Exposition Line Phase 1 Design & Construction; Phase 2 - Design

Alameda Transportation Corridor

The Alameda Corridor Transportation Project was designed to streamline rail freight service between downtown Los Angeles and the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. The overall Corridor is a 20-mile-long rail cargo expressway created as a series of bridges, underpasses, overpasses and street improvements that separate freight trains from street traffic and passenger trains, facilitating a more efficient transportation network.
Bay Area Rapid Transit - Station Seismic Upgrades A, C, & R Lines

The Bay Area Rapid Transit's (BART) Earthquake Safety Program is slated for completion in 2022. This portion encompassed seismic modifications to 13 existing BART stations along the A, C, & R lines. The scope of work for each station included structural retrofits of pier foundations, including columns and pier caps, demolition of selected existing facilities, shoring for excavation support, steel structure retrofit, drilling and bonding dowels in concrete, micro piles, electrical work at piers and main concourse, architectural work at stairs and escalators, restoration of site improvements, utilities, and other related site work.
Florida Overland Express - FOX High Speed Train

Design of a statewide High Speed train system which would connect three of Florida's largest urban areas, Tampa-Orland-Miami. The proposed system was intended to utilize the newest generation of French TGV rail equipment, consisting of ten-car train sets, including two power cars, seven passenger coaches, and a lounge car with food service. This project is the USA's first high-speed train project and was set to be completed by 2004. Unfortunately, the funding for this project was cut and the project was cancelled in 1999.
Metrolink - Empire Avenue Grade Separation Project

Metrolink's Empire Avenue Grade Separation project involves the realignment and elevation of the existing Metrolink track and siding, and construction of new grade separations at Empire Avenue and Buena Vista Street. To accomplish this, a temporary prefabricated railroad bridge has been installed in order for the work to be completed and to facilitate continued railroad usage.
